Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Fischer Consulting ("I," "me" or "Fischer Consulting") collects when you visit fischerconsulting.co or work with me, and what I do with it. Fischer Consulting is run by Emily Richardson in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, California.
Information I collect
- Information you give me. When you book a call, email me or become a client, I receive details like your name, email address, any answers you give on the booking form, and anything you share in emails.
- Session content. Coaching sessions are recorded and transcribed. Recordings, transcripts and recaps may include anything you say or show during a session, such as details about your work.
- Technical information. Like most websites, this site is served through hosting and network providers that automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not have a sign-up form of its own.
How I use your information
- To reply to you, schedule calls and sessions, and send proposals.
- To deliver the coaching, including preparing for sessions and sending you recordings, transcripts and recaps.
- To manage payments, records and the day-to-day running of the business.
- To keep the site working and secure.
I do not sell your personal information.
Who else handles your information
I use other companies' tools to run the business, and your information passes through them. These include:
- Scheduling (Cal.com), which handles booking and the intake form
- Email and video calling, recording and transcription tools
- Payment services, once a payment method is in place
- Website hosting and domain services (Vercel and Cloudflare)
- Font providers (Fontshare and Google Fonts), which load the typefaces on this site and can see your IP address when they do
These companies handle information under their own privacy policies. I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights.
AI tools
During sessions, you use your own AI accounts, and what you type into those tools is governed by the provider's terms and settings. I can help you understand those settings, but I do not control them. Please think carefully about what you share with any AI tool, especially confidential information about other people or about your employer.
How long I keep information
I keep information for as long as I need it to work with you and to meet legal, tax and business record-keeping needs. You can ask me to delete your session recordings and transcripts at any time, and I will do so unless the law requires me to keep them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me to tell you what information I have about you, to correct it or to delete it. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion and correction, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and my services are meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
