Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how working with Fischer Consulting works. Fischer Consulting is a coaching and consulting business run by Emily Richardson ("I," "me" or "Fischer Consulting"). By booking a session or paying for a package, you ("you" or "client") agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, email me at hello@fischerconsulting.co before we start.

What I offer

I provide one-on-one coaching to help you use AI in your work and daily life. We work on your real tasks, and I help you set up AI tools around them. I also offer workshops and team sessions, which are arranged directly and agreed in writing.

The free intro call

The intro call is free and has no obligation. After it, I may send you a personalized proposal. Nothing is booked or charged until you accept the proposal.

Sessions and packages

• Every session is 90 minutes and held one-on-one, usually by video, or in person anywhere in the South Bay by arrangement.
• Packages are currently 3 sessions for $550, 5 sessions for $800 and 7 sessions for $1,050. Additional sessions are $150 each.
• Prices may change. The price in your accepted proposal is the price you pay for that package.
• You receive a recording of each session, a transcript and a recap.
• You can email me questions between sessions.

Payment

Payment details and timing are provided in your proposal. Sessions are confirmed once payment arrangements are agreed.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to change a session at the last minute, I offer one grace period per client. After that, late changes and missed sessions may be charged at the session rate.

I live with a chronic health condition, so I may occasionally need to reschedule on short notice too. When that happens, I will work with you to find a new time and I will not charge you. On rare occasions I may need to pause all sessions for up to a week. If that happens, I will let you know as soon as I can and reschedule every affected session.

What you pay for separately

Your own AI subscriptions, such as Claude, are not included in the package price. I may also suggest optional tools, such as Wispr Flow. You are responsible for any subscriptions or fees from those providers.

Recordings

Sessions are recorded so that you have a copy to refer back to. By joining a session, you agree to be recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, tell me before the session begins. More detail on how I handle recordings and other information is in the Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

I work hard to make every session useful, but I cannot promise specific results, such as time saved, income or business outcomes. What you get from coaching depends on your situation and how you use what we build together.

Not professional advice

My coaching is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, security or compliance advice. If you work in an area with rules about data or client information, you are responsible for following your employer's policies and any laws that apply to you, including what you share with AI tools.

Your work and your setup

The content you bring to our sessions stays yours. The tools, prompts, workflows and setups we build for you are yours to use. I keep the right to reuse my general methods and knowledge with other clients.

Third-party tools

AI tools and other software are made by other companies, and they can change, break or be discontinued at any time. I am not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing or policies of third-party tools.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid me for the services in question. I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in effect when you accept a proposal applies to that engagement.
